Daphne is a passionate advocate for women’s health, bringing her knowledge and intuitive “womb wisdom” to every interaction. Her gentle, calming presence creates a safe, nurturing, and empowering space, guiding you with care and compassion along your reproductive journey.
She is an AFAP Certified Fertility Awareness Educator and a DONA-trained birth doula. Daphne currently offers virtual fertility awareness and reproductive health education worldwide. From January through June 2026, she will also be providing in-person homebirth and postpartum doula services in Utah with Mountain Time Midwifery.
Daphne was born at home and attended her first birth when she was just 13. She loves spending time outdoors, hiking and camping, enjoying live music, and being a wife. She and her husband celebrate their anniversary on Halloween!
